Breast reduction is a procedure that involves redistribution of breast tissue and removal of excess tissue to give a pleasing shape, in accordance with the body structure of the woman. This procedure is a 2 to 6 hour procedure & performed under general anaesthesia and patients can experience mild to moderate discomfort for a few days. Recovery time is usually 3 to 6 weeks and results emerge as the swelling goes down.
