21 year old lady presented with active Nodulocystic acne.

Client History:
Client was treated for four months on various regimes. All acne lesions cleared leaving behind ice pick scars & multiple deep pits most of them measuring up to 2 mm in depth

Treatment administered at FOS:
Client was treated with PIXEL LASER for three sittings with a gap of 30 days each (Pixel Laser is an Erbium Laser wave length 2940nm)

Initially on day 1 there was redness, mild burning and stinging sensation which subsided on day three and black uniform crust was seen over the entire face, which gradually shed of over next 4 to 5 days.

No oral medications were advised after PIXEL LASER, however client was advised to religiously use sunscreen every 2 1\2 hrs. Client was also advised not to use soap for 7 days after PIXEL till crust is shed

Down time:
Every sitting had down time of 7 to 8 days.

Treatment Results after 1 sitting:
Client improved drastically showing 35% decrease in acne scars.

Visible results after 3 sitting:
In 3 months the clients' scars were reduced up to 75% as seen in the photographs
