35 year old lady presented with a very resistant melasma with active acne lesions.

Client Observation:
Melasma & active lesions on the cheeks

Treatment administered at FOS:
Patient was put on oral medication in the form of Azithromycin along with Antioxidants.
Topically patient was also given Hydroquinone along with sunscreen

Patient was also recommended 2 sittings of PIXEL Laser.

Treatment Results
Melasma drastically improved. New acne stopped erupting.

Patient was then given 2 sittings of TCA Peels at an interval or 2 weeks after 11/2 months of taking Pixel laser. Patient's melasma was also cleared and she improved drastically after 4 sittings.

Post Treatment Recommendations:
